LCP <2.5s, INP <200ms, CLS <0.1. Common fixes: preload hero image, defer non-critical JS, set width/height on images. Next.js Image + font display swap cuts LCP 1.2s average.

Security (HSTS), URL structure (flat for large sites), Mobile (viewport), Schema (validate JSON-LD), JS rendering (SSR critical content), IndexNow (Bing/Yandex push).
