2. Payments

Monthly advance. 50% for audits. No refund after work starts; pro-rata if we fail to deliver scope.

3. Client Duties

Provide CMS/GSC access, approve content in 5 days, no black-hat parallel work.

4. Communication

5. Intellectual Property

Deliverables (audits, content) become client’s after full payment. Rank Hikers may showcase as case study (anonymized if requested).

6. Limitation

Not liable for algorithm updates, third-party penalties due to prior spam, or indirect damages. Liability capped at one month fee.

7. Termination

Either party 15-day notice. No lock-in.

8. Governing Law
